We had a jam packed holiday season, starting with an early Christmas celebration with my cousins in early December.

 

Lauren met Santa with her cousin Lucie at Christmas in the park.

 

Brett and I had a date night at the Google christmas party.

 

We flew to Portland for a whirlwind Christmas celebration with Juli’s family.  We met friends, Erica, Cody and Everett, at Christmas Mass and the ran into my cousins, Liss and Shannon, and their kids at Christmas Mass.  The pew was packed!

Emily and Lucy loved holding Lauren and Kathryn. Juli’s cousins came over for impromptu party after dinner, which made it really feel like a holiday.  The next day, we had a chaotic and fun Christmas morning with Gabe, Kathryn, and Lauren.

This was also a year of firsts: Christmas with a baby; Lolo’s first trip to Santa; cousins on Christmas morning; starting solids; and rolling over.  Lolo’s Christmas present to Brett and I was rolling over on christmas day.  Lolo also got her second tooth.  So if all she wanted for Christmas was her two front teeth, then her wish came true and more.  She used those two teeth to enjoy her first solids this holiday season. No figgy pudding for her — just vegetables so far.
